Crunchless Abs – 6 10-Minute Workouts on 2 DVD’s!!!

Product Description
The New Method that targets your Entire Abdominal Core

Our abdominal core is an amazing anatomical composition of 12 muscles that wrap around us like a girdle and when properly trained, holds our midsection in flat and tight. Recent research shows that standard floor crunches train only 2 of these critically important core muscles.

Crunchless Abs was developed by noted fitness expert Linda LaRue. Her unique exercise method focuses on each core muscle like a laser, targeting your upper abs, those hard to reach deep lower abs, your left and right side obliques, and wrapping all the way around to your lower back. Best of all, you won’t be doing any old fashioned crunches!

Workout 1: Crunchless Abs 1 is a core training workout like no other! Best of all, you won’t do any crunches! Let Crunchless Abs show you how to transform your abs for a long, lean, slender body.

Workout 2: Crunchless Abs 2 Grab your towel! That’s right! All you need to sculpt great abs in this workout is a towel! This ab workout will leave you feeling firm and tight. It’s just that easy!

Workout 3: Crunchless Abs 3 uses specially designed movements to create strong, beautiful abs. You can even pick your intensity to workout at the leve that is right for you!

Workout 4: Progressive Standing Core Training features flowing moves that transition gracefully into the next position to transform and sculpt your entire body lean, tall, and strong.

Workout 6: Progressive Seated Core Training uses never before seen progressive resistance moves that were designed by Linda LaRue to reach deep into your abdominals and obliques.

Workout 6: Progressive Floor Core Training works your entire core 3-Dimensionally like a gyroscope and features a bonus section created to build strong, elastic, lower back strength.

5 Responses to “Crunchless Abs – 6 10-Minute Workouts on 2 DVD’s!!!”

  1. “Ab” exercises are never fun and some of these are harder than they look. But I like having them in 10 minute segments. Let’s just hope they work!
    Rating: 3 / 5

  2. Two new fitness DVDs hosted by registered nurse and athletic trainer Linda LaRue help serious belly flatteners strengthen their core muscles, burn midsection fat and increase back strength. Both are divided into three ten-minute segments, one for standing exercises, one for seated exercises, and one for floor exercises. “Crunchless Abs: Progressive Core Training” (38 min.) walks the viewer through each easy-to-follow workout, targeting abdominal muscles for a great foundation to improved fitness. “Crunchless Abs: 3-Dimensional Core Training” (33 min.) uses a simple weighted gel bal (an inexpensive floor mat is also recommended) and features movements designed to three-dimensionally sculpt one’s abdomen. Both DVDs are a worthy supplement to fitness libraries, and enthusiastically recommended to anyone interested in improving their back and midsection.
    Rating: 5 / 5

  3. The advertising or packaging does not tell you that you have to be in fit to do the exercises. I am 30 pounds overweight and in decent shape, but could not perform the exercises. Several of them are impossible! Don’t buy it unless you are already fit.
    Rating: 1 / 5

  4. Excellent anatomically for building functional strength. Cueing is decent. I would not suggest this for beginners, you need some knowledge and workout experience in order to do this properly.
    Rating: 4 / 5

  5. I love to work at home rather than a gym. Having the right tools to do that is important. This DVD helps me get in a good ab work out. A great addition to any workout DVD collection. Best part is it is in 6- 10 min. sections, so you can have a long or short work out or add it to another work out.
